Organised under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) along with State Legal Services Authorities (SLSAs) and District Legal Services Authorities (DLSAs), Lok Adalat continues to play a crucial role in reducing judicial backlog while promoting affordable and accessible justice.As the first Lok Adalat of the new year, the January 10 edition is expected to witness a large number of cases being taken up for settlement, particularly in categories such as traffic challans, bank recovery matters, family disputes, and utility bill cases.
